Throughout the dive, you’ll refresh your understanding of the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. Our recommendation would be if you haven’t dove in 2+ years but you remember mostly everything about dive mechanics take our Refresher dive to tune up your skills and perform a weight check. All dives and boats on Maui require a refresher if you haven’t dove in 2 years. If it has been longer than 3 years since your last dive or you'd like a refresher on the book knowledge click here to book a ReActivate Refresher Course with eLearning.

One of the advantages of the eLearning is that once you have it, you'll never lose access to it. Therefore, whenever you need to freshen up on your diving you'll be able to do so from any of your favorite devices.

   eLearning for ReActivate

The required eLearning for ReActivate will contain 8 easy-to-learn sections after an introduction, covering Safe Diving Practices, Dive Planning Fundamentals, Problem Management, Breathing Air at Depth, Dive Computers and Dive Tables, Planning Dives with the RDP, Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox and Diving Skills Review.

   2nd Dive is a Fun Dive!

All of our Refresher & ReActivate dives are conducted off the beach. The second dive of the day we try to visit the famous Mala Pier and enjoy one of the best dive sites on Maui (conditions permitting).

Maui Diving will provide you with all the scuba equipment you need to complete your refresher dives. There is no extra charge for the use of our rental equipment. We even include mask and fins with your rental equipment at no extra charge. If you decide that you’d like to purchase your own mask and fins after the class, we have a wide variety of options in our retail store. It is great to have your own mask and fins as you’ll want to travel with these items in the future to make sure all of your diving or snorkeling experiences are comfortable and fit you perfectly!
